The skin is therefore depleted of nutrients while also thickening and hardening, making it susceptible to cracking that can introduce still greater infection. Some
areas are also subject to repeated friction, which causes abrasions that force the tissue to react with rigidity and scarring. Finally, due to frequent orthostatism (resting in the standing position), the subcutaneous layers of feet are often the site of fluid stagnation (SWELLING), broken capillaries (REDNESS, EDEMAS),and restricted circulation (COLD EXTREMITIES). Treatment is therefore characterized in several actions: – SKIN RECONSTRUCTION, thanks to the moisturizing complex of a sebum- like lipid system (hydrogenated lanolin, vegetable fats) with vitamin F (fundamental in cell wall reconstruction). – SANITIZING AND SURFACE HYGIENE, thanks to ALLANTOIN
and extracts from SAGE and MINT which
contribute to crack resolution and prevent the
proliferation of microorganisms. – SURFACE
CIRCULATION REPAIR, thanks to extracts from HORSE-CHESTNUT, RUSCOGENIN from BUTCHER’S-BROOM, and CAMPHOR.
INGREDIENTS: vegetable fats and their derivatives,
vegetable oil derivatives, glycol/ glycerin moisturizing complex, distilled hydrogenated lanolin, allantoin, vitamin F, pH balancing agents and hypoallergenic preservatives, deionized and micro-filtered ultra-pure
water, extracts and essentials oils from mint, camphor, horse-chestnut, ruscus, and sage.
USE: massage product into feet daily (preferably
in the evening) moving from the tip of the foot towards the calf, and allow to absorb. If necessary, dab away excess cream with a towel after a few minutes.
Foot treatments require specific characteristics
due to the unique skin quality in this area.
The skin on our feet actually experiences very
unique stresses, the first of which being almost
constant enclosure within a humid environment,
resulting in skin maceration and hyperkeratinization.
